No statutory right of withdrawal

Our offer is directed exclusively at businesses. A statutory right of withdrawal for consumers therefore does not apply.

Voluntary return policy

Subject to prior agreement, we grant a voluntary return within 14 days. The goods must be returned undamaged and in original condition. The cost of return is borne by the buyer. Please request an RMA number in advance at info@sps-shop.info.
