Shipping and Delivery

Worldwide shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout. From a net order value of €500 we ship free of charge within the standard zones (configurable).

Delivery times

Stock items usually ship within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Transit time depends on the destination country and carrier.

Switzerland and third countries

Deliveries to Switzerland and other non-EU countries are made without EU VAT. Import taxes and customs apply at the destination and are borne by the recipient.

Freight shipping

Large and heavy items such as complete control cabinets (e.g. KUKA KRC2/KRC4) are shipped by freight forwarder. We will confirm the terms before dispatch.

Shipping by partner suppliers

Items from partner suppliers are shipped directly by the respective partner; this is indicated on the product page and in the confirmation.
