Our most important promise is simple: sourced in Europe, no Chinese imports, no clones. This page explains where our goods come from, how we test them, and why that matters for your plant.
Where our goods come from
We source exclusively from European plant clearances, insolvency sales, machine builders' stock liquidations and industrial inventories. No grey imports, no anonymous bulk orders from the Far East. Every batch has a traceable origin.
Why we do not sell Chinese imports
The market for counterfeit Siemens components is real. In 2024, Shanghai police busted a ring that had sold more than 30 million yuan worth of fake Siemens controllers to over 120 companies. A clone in a running plant is not a warranty case – it is a downtime case. That is why we do not buy there, and why we never put that risk on our shelves.
How we test
- Order and serial numbers are checked against manufacturer data.
- DataMatrix codes and labels are inspected for relabeling and tampering.
- Every unit is function-tested under power.
- The result is documented in a test report.

Test report on request, 12 months warranty towards businesses, invoice with stated VAT or reverse charge for EU businesses. And the certainty that a genuine, tested device runs in your plant – not a replica.
